Accessibility Statement for the Trade Survey for Wales
This survey website is run by IFF Research Ltd. We want as many people as possible to be able to complete the survey. We have therefore taken steps to ensure that the website is as accessible as possible. For example, that means you should be able to:
- navigate all of the website using just a keyboard
- navigate most of the website using speech recognition software
- listen to most of the website using a screen reader (including the most recent versions of JAWS, NVDA and VoiceOver)

Interactive tools and transactions
This survey has been built and hosted through third party software and 'skinned' to look like our website as much as possible.
We've recently re-assessed the cost of fixing any further issues with navigation and accessing information, and with interactive tools and transactions. We believe that further changes would be a disproportionate burden within the meaning of the accessibility regulations.
Non-accessible content
The content listed below is non-accessible for the following reason:
- Several questions contain supplementary tables which automatically add up the numbers you have provided. This is included to improve the validation of the data entered. However, unfortunately these tables may not be readable by all screen readers. We have included "alternative text" (ALT-Text) in these cases to explain the purpose of the table. This will not affect the completion of the questionnaire.
- Two questions use a drop-down list of countries (excluding the UK) for users to select from. This drop-down list is utilized to make the survey practical and user-friendly so that respondents do not have to scroll down a page of nearly 200 countries. However, unfortunately these drop-down lists may not be readable by all screen readers. This should not affect the completion of the questionnaire because users can enter country names by typing the name in, rather than scrolling through the list.
