A little bit of what I do
I joined IFF in 2022 after spending the previous decade commissioning and delivering research around the social determinants of health with the voluntary sector and for government, with a strong focus on the contribution of communities and co-production to improve health and wellbeing outcomes.
What I’ve achieved
Mixed-methods research I developed from 2016-2020 was included in Professor Sir Michael Marmot’s 10-year review of health inequalities. I presented related findings at the inaugural Oxford University wellbeing conference in 2022, highlighting pioneering quantitative approaches to evaluating community development. I am really pleased to be continuing the focus on mixed methods research across the range of policy areas we evaluate at IFF as part of our Community Team.
